Tasting Aberdeenshire - The Highland Beef Supper Club
Country Ways are delighted to be teaming up with Aberdeenshire Highland Beef and Lochside Clydesdales for a truly special evening of food and fashion!
Aberdeenshire Highland Beef are hosting their third Tasting Aberdeenshire Supper Club dinner in the unique setting of their farm buildings at Lochton Farm, Banchory, AB31 5QB.
Their third menu will showcase Aberdeenshire Highland Beef, produced right on their farm.
Executive Chef Alan Clarke of Meldrum House Country Hotel - Aberdeenshire’s Top Foodies destination - will be preparing the farm's third supper club dinner using his own menu which he has especially created for this new unique farm dinning experience. Alan will be accompanied by Alanna Taylor, Head Pastry Chef and double silver medal winner at the 2024 Culinary Olympics.
Alan forged his career path when he won the Chef’s UK Accor Challenge Award for Britain. He honed his skills under Shirley Spear, the renowned previous owner of The Three Chimneys in Skye (3 AA Rosettes).
Aberdeenshire Highland Beef have grown their relationship with Alan, by supplying him with beef for his dishes, even creating his own signature dish ‘Graces Beef’. They are thrilled to see Alan's enthusiasm to be working with them again on the Super Club Dinner, using Aberdeenshire Highland Beef born and reared on their farm in Banchory.

Hand dived scallop, skink velouté, crispy potato & chives
Aberdeenshire Highland Beef Wellington, cabbage, honey glazed carrot, pomme puree & a rich dark ale sauce
Pumpkin spiced tart, Chantilly cream

During the evening you will also be treated to your very own private fashion show by Country Ways, showcasing the very best in country and lifestyle clothing, as well as a great opportunity to start planning your winter wardrobe or Christmas gift ideas.
